All aspects of Deep Drift — its visual identity, creature designs, animation system, sorting mechanics, interface layout, copy, branding, and underlying code — are protected by applicable intellectual property law and remain the property of their creators. Your use of the Game does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Deep Drift is offered without charge. There are no in-app purchases, no premium currencies, no loot mechanics, no random-reward systems with real-world monetary value, and no wagering of any kind. The "Depth" score and "◈ Beacon" ratings in the Game are purely informational feedback with no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for any reward.
You agree to use Deep Drift only for its intended purpose of personal puzzle entertainment. You must not: attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the game's hosting infrastructure; use the Game in connection with any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your identity in any communication with us.
The Game may reference or load resources from third parties such as Google Fonts. We exercise no control over those services and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Deep Drift is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Game will be continuously available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Access to the Game may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of Deep Drift are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Game — including loss of saved progress or any other data loss.
We may update the Game's content, features, or these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted here. If you continue to use the Game after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all other provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent jurisdiction, and you irrevocably consent to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.
